Right now in Animal Crossing City Folk, theirs a GIANT countdown clock!!! If you talk to mayor Tortimer he will give you a Party Popper!!! The celebration is awesome ALL the animal neighbors are partying all night long until midnight when the clock strikes 00:00:00 till the new year
